The restaurant

Mr. Ronald Meissner, the chef, and his philosophy:
"I only use fresh products either from the market or raw products– nearly all coming from our region –to tempt you into the experience of a regional inspired Austrian cuisine!"

We count our cuisine as well as restaurant and wine cellar/vinothek to the merits of our house. The high quality is revealed in a great many habitués.

Our "Gourmet-half board" exists of 4 courses and daily salad buffet. Some of the courses allow you to choose between traditional Austrian dishes or light (vegetarian) meals.
The daily culinary event-programme lets forget the usual half board – as to find up and down the country - and turns every evening into a culinary experience!

Extended breakfast buffet with cold and warm dishes till 10.30 a.m., daily fresh milk, butter and cheese, delivered by our mountain farmers, cereals, whole food, special sorts of bread, juices and more...
During summer season you can have your breakfast outside on the sunny terrace!

For the whole stay: your table is reserved for you, flexible dinnertime.
Comfortable restaurant, sectionalized into 3 areas. Vegetarian meals without extra charge. Wine tasting sessions in our ancient vinothek!
