The philosophy of our kitchen: we use fresh raw products almost exclusively out of the region to create a regionally inspired, Austrian cuisine experience at a high level.
Choose between an à la carte menu or a demi-pension in the “St. Georg Restaurant”. The demi-pension in the Hotel St. Georg consists of four courses and fresh salad.
In those four course meals you can decide between traditionally Austrian dishes or light (meatless) meals up to vegan dishes. Rejoice in our extensive gastronomic event program (ancient Austrian dessert buffet, Pinzgauer farmers buffet, barbecue evening, appetizers buffet) – or enjoy a special evening with our specialties: Tatarenhut dinner or meat fondue – a culinary event for everyone! (preordering necessary)
We don’t expect a certain dress code. You will encounter us in a Dirndl or a traditional jacket. We are proudly wearing costumes as it doesn’t only appeal to our guests but ourselves as well.
We would be delighted though, if our guests could contribute to our atmosphere and value our effort with appropriate clothing.
